If you decide to withdraw from the sales contract and return a product, you can always do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Download the Return Form from here , fill it out and send it together with the product.
tendenz.bg will refund the full amount of the amount paid if the product is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. The amount you paid will be paid to the bank account specified in the return form within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The costs of returning a product are at the expense of the consumer.
