FREE DELIVERY for orders with a total value over €45/88 BGN within Bulgaria!
For all other orders that are not free, the delivery prices are as follows:
* To a BOX NOW - FREE DELIVERY until 31.07.2026
* With Speedy courier to the customer's address - €3.00 / BGN 5.87
* To a Speedy office or box - €2.00 / BGN 3.91

The prices concern deliveries made within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, orders with lower value from €45/ 88 BGN are not free.
Orders are processed within 3 business days (counting from the business day following the day of the order). The processing begins immediately after their confirmation, which means that we cannot make changes and merge with other orders.
* When delivering to BOX NOW, there is no option for cash payment, if the "Cash on delivery" option is selected. Payment must be made by bank card via a link that you will receive by email or SMS after sending the shipment. One order to Box Now may contain up to 2 pairs of shoes or shoes and a bag. For more than 2 items in order, you need to place a separate order. Suitcases cannot be delivered to a BOX NOW.
Deliveries with Speedy courier are made from Monday to Friday to the address you provided. For settlements that are usually served on a schedule by the courier company Speedy, deliveries will be made according to the current schedule for the respective settlement.
Some of the orders may be delivered in several shipments. If the order has a delivery fee, you only pay a fee for one of the shipments. If you use the "Test before you pay" option and cancel the respective shipment, you also pay a return fee. This applies to each shipment under the respective order that you cancel using the "Test before you pay" option.
When ordering socks, an option is offered to "Preview" without trying on for hygiene reasons (Art. 57, item 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).
Despite our efforts to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery may take longer due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather conditions), of which you will be notified by us.

Orders placed on tendenz.bg do not require confirmation by phone. You will only receive confirmation by e-mail, which you provided when filling in the order details. (Please check your spam folder, in your e-mail, if you have not received a letter in the standard mail)
Payment of the contract price at www.tendenz.bg is made by cash on delivery - upon delivery of the ordered product, the amount is paid in cash to the courier or by card at a POS terminal provided by the courier delivering your shipment, upon receipt, or by online payment - bank transfer with a card through a virtual POS terminal of UniCredit Bulbank - payal or e-pay.
The option "Test before you pay" is available for orders when delivered with the courier company Speedy. With this option, an order that contains more than 1 item cannot be divided. If there are several items in the order and you wish to return one of them, you must pay the amount for the entire order and return the model you do not want with a separate shipment. We will refund the amount for the returned item by bank transfer. If you use the "Test before you pay" option and cancel the entire order, you owe the courier the return fee. The option does not apply to customers who paid for their order by card.

The cash receipt for the orders placed is issued by the courier of the courier company Speedy upon receipt of the order. Please keep the document.

All orders received on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday or during public holidays are processed on the first business day thereafter. After we receive a request from you that you want to purchase a particular model, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail for the order placed. You will also be notified by e-mail of any change in the status of your order.

Please carefully check the correctness of your contact information. In the event that the ordered model is not in stock, the customer is notified by phone or e-mail that he/she has provided. Please note that payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods or in advance (by bank transfer or credit/debit card) before delivery of the goods. The costs of returning products are at your expense.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY tendenz.bg provides its customers with the opportunity for international orders. For deliveries to the territory of the European Union countries, Serbia, Macedonia, etc., see below the current courier rates and delivery times. International deliveries are made via the courier company DPD. For each specific request, our team will conduct a study regarding the optimal delivery price, directly to your door, anywhere in Europe. The delivery costs will be communicated to you in advance and if they suit you, we will send your order. The prices indicated are in BGN, including VAT and fuel tax.
