For all other orders that are not free, the delivery prices are as follows:
* To the customer's address - 3.00 € / 5.87 BGN; * To a Speedy office or vending machine - 2.00 € / 3.91 BGN. The indicated prices concern deliveries made on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, for orders that do not meet the conditions to be free.
Changes regarding the return of products purchased in 2025. From January 2026 in the process of returning a product purchased in 2025 but processed in 2026, the amount will be returned in EUR.
Orders are processed within 3 business days (counting from the business day following the order). The processing process begins immediately after their confirmation, which means that we cannot make changes or combine orders with other orders.
Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. If the order has a shipping fee, you will only be charged for one of the shipments. If you use the "Test before paying" option and cancel the relevant shipment, you will be charged a return fee. This applies to each shipment under the relevant order that you cancel using the "Test before paying" option.
When ordering socks, a "Test before paying" option is offered without trying on for hygiene reasons (Art. 57, item 5 of the ZPA).
Despite our efforts to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery may take longer due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather conditions), of which you will be notified by us.
Delivery is carried out through our partner, the courier company Speedy (from Monday to Friday) to the address you have specified. For settlements that are usually served on a schedule by the courier company Speedy, deliveries will be made according to the current schedule for the respective settlement, available at the following internet address: https://www.speedy.bg/bg/serving-schedule.
Orders placed on tendenz.bg do not require confirmation by phone. You will only receive confirmation by e-mail, which you provided when filling in the order details. (Please check your spam folder, in your e-mail, if you have not received a letter in the standard mail)
Payment of the contract price at www.tendenz.bg is made by cash on delivery - upon delivery of the ordered product, the amount is paid in cash to the courier or by card at a POS terminal provided by the courier delivering your shipment, upon receipt, or by online payment - bank transfer with a card through a virtual POS terminal of UniCredit Bulbank - payal or e-pay.
The "Test before you pay" option is offered for orders. With this option, an order that contains more than 1 item cannot be divided. If there are several items in the order and you wish to return one of them, you must pay the amount for the entire order and return the model you do not want with a separate shipment. We will refund the amount for the returned item by bank transfer. If you use the "Test before you pay" option and cancel the entire order, you owe the courier the return fee. The option does not apply to customers who paid for their order by card.
The cash receipt for the orders placed is issued by the courier of the courier company Speedy upon receipt of the order. Please keep the document.
All orders received on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday or during public holidays are processed on the first business day thereafter. After we receive a request from you that you want to purchase a particular model, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail for the order placed. You will also be notified by e-mail of any change in the status of your order.
Please carefully check the correctness of your contact information. In the event that the ordered model is not in stock, the customer is notified by phone or e-mail that he/she has provided. Please note that payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods or in advance (by bank transfer or credit/debit card) before delivery of the goods.
